Current Job Opportunities:

  • Developing ASO therapies for ALS/FTD

    We are searching for a motivated post-doctoral researcher to develop ASO-based therapies for ALS and frontotemporal dementia, targeting the UNC13A cryptic splicing event we recently discovered. Mammalian cell culture experience is essential; experience with human iPSCs, ASO technologies and animal models is preferable.

  • iPSC technician

    We invite applicants with experience growing iPSCs and following differentiation protocols to apply for this position. Responsibilities may additionally include performing experiments with iPSC-derived neurons, such as confocal microscopy-based analysis of protein localisation and PCR-based analysis of splicing and gene expression.

  • Molecular biology research assistant

    We are searching for a motivated research assistant to help with wet lab experiments. The applicant must have experience with cloning, PCR and ideally western blotting and mammalian cell culture.
